
What are the cost for services?
Below is the list of costs for services. You have the right to be informed of all the fees that you are required to pay. We reserve the right to change our fees and will give you 30 days notice. Patients are expected to pay for services at the time of service using check, HSA/FSA, or credit card.
Fees for service:
$225 / lntake Evaluation and Recommendations (90 minutes)
$75 / lndividual Counseling Session (30 minutes)
$150 / lndividual Counseling Session (45-55 minutes)
$225 / lndividual Counseling Session (90 minutes)
$175 / Family Counseling Session (45-55 minutes)
$40 / Group (90-120 minutes)
MASTER'S LEVEL INTERNS:
$70/Intake Evaluation
$50/Counseling Session

Patricia is an independently licensed counselor who is also registered with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as a clinical supervisor.
The Mind Body Counseling Center, PLLC is proud to be an approved intern site for Northern Arizona University. This allows for reduced counseling rates to work with a clinical intern, to begin in August of 2026. Patricia provides clinical supervision (both individual and group) and interns receive ongoing clinical training.
